Erica Rickel
Quest Opinions Founder
Erica Rickel is an independent consultant with over 15 years of experience in evaluating opinions and advising clients from a range of industries including Fortune 500 companies, political campaigns, and non-profit organizations. She has worked extensively in quantitative and qualitative research, moderating hundreds of focus groups and creating new techniques for ad testing and message communication.
Prior to leading Quest Opinions Erica served as Vice President and Partner of a survey research firm where she also led the qualitative research division. She has worked directly in market research; designing and moderating focus group research studies to help Fortune 500 companies better understand their customer base and maximize marketing opportunities.
Erica began her career in Washington, DC where she worked as a survey and focus group analyst for non-profit, corporate and political clients. She later managed the polling and focus group research operations for America Coming Together, the largest progressive voter mobilization organization in the 2004 election cycle. Erica received her focus group moderator training at the RIVA Institute, Mediation Certification from Harvard Law School, and Protecting Human Research Certification from NIH. Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Saint Anselm College.
